Refund policy

14-day cooling off

You may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund provided we have not yet submitted your application to HMPO. Once HMPO receives the application, the HMPO statutory fee included in your price is non-refundable by HMPO and we can only refund our service fee. The exact HMPO fee varies by tier (Adult, Child, Fast Track) — see the breakdown shown at checkout.

If HMPO rejects your application

We guide you through any HMPO response and assist with a single free resubmission where the rejection relates to something we could have caught during review.

How to request a refund

Email support@british-passport.co.uk with your reference number. Refunds are processed within 7 working days back to the original payment method.
