1. The service

british-passport.co.uk is operated as a private service that provides administrative assistance with UK passport renewal applications. We are not affiliated with HMPO or the UK Government. The applicable HMPO statutory fee — which depends on the tier you select (Adult, Child, Fast Track) — is included in our price and paid to HMPO on your behalf. 2. Your obligations

• You must be eligible to apply for a UK passport.
• You must provide accurate information and a compliant photo.
• You must post your current passport as instructed using a tracked service.

3. Outcome

HMPO is solely responsible for the decision to issue a passport. We cannot guarantee approval or processing times.

4. Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP. Payment is taken up-front through Revolut, a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. Card details never reach our servers.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for HMPO decisions, postal loss while in Royal Mail's care, or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of habitual residence remain applicable.
